This private residence in the Metn area of Lebanon, integrates seamlessly into the existent environment. While designing the architecture, the team ensured to protect the natural surroundings and greenery, adapting the design to integrate and preserve the trees and landscaped areas around the site. The high ceilings and glass facades allow for panoramic views of exceptional sites.
Located in the region of Ain Aar, the private residence originally was comprised of two separate apartments on the first and second floor. In addition, a third floor and a mezzanine were added to the project, to create one entity with the second existing floor, with vast shared spaces.
On the second floor, a dedicated children’s quarters with all it’s facilities connected to the new third floor which is the reception area, with a 7m ceiling of clear height. In addition, the mezzanine includes the main master bedroom with its facilities and an office.
