Located in Labone – Accra – Ghana, one of the high-end residential areas, ARC is a unique luxurious Mixed Use development project.
It is a 5 stories high building with one underground parking, a private rooftop pool for the penthouse and retail on the ground groundlevel. As well as a private villa on the edge of the land.
The Arc design following the normal flow of the road gives complete fluidity to the eye while passing threw. Greenery was integrated in every aspect of the development.
The layout is such that it gives privacy to each function while seemingly the same entity.
