PROJECT BRIEF

The project envisions the design of an iconic headquarters for the VRA, located on a 1.353-acre ridge site, expressing the institution’s core activity of electricity generation.

The proposal accommodates:

  • A built-up area of approximately 16,400 sqm

  • Workspaces for 500 users

  • 270 parking spaces

The spatial organization is defined by:

  • Office floors structured across multiple levels

  • A 60/40 ratio of open to enclosed workspaces

  • Two executive levels

  • A 200 sqm penthouse
